Eligibility Criteria
PRT
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) from a recognized board. or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.EI Ed). or
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education) or
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from any NCTE recognized institution along with 6 months Bridge course in Elementary Education recognized by NCTE.
PRT-Special Educator (Contractual)
- 12th passed and two year D Ed Special Education in any of the category of disability. Or
- 12th passed and one year Diploma in Special Education (DSE) in any of the category of disability.
- Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (DCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs. Or
- Post Graduate Diploma in Community Based Rehabilitation (PGDCBR) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs. Or
- Diploma in Multi Rehabilitation Worker (MRW) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs. Or
- Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf. Or
- Primary Level Teacher Training course in Visual Impairment. Or
- Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation-Mental Retardation (DVR-MR)/ Diploma in Vocational Training and Employment -Mental Retardation (DVTEMR) with 6 months Certificate course in education of Children with Special
- Needs.Or
- Diploma in Hearing language and Speech (DHLS) with 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs. Or
- XII passed with any RCI recognized qualification of minimum one year duration and 6 months Certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs. Or
- Any others equivalent qualification approved by RCI.
NTT
- Senior Secondary with Nursery Teachers Training diploma or diploma in Nursery/Montessori/Pre-Primary Teachers Training or Diploma in Elementary Education from a Govt recognised institution. While candidates with higher qualifications may apply, preference is to be given to candidates with diploma in Nursery/Montessori Training.
NTT-Special Educator (Contractual)
- Xth Class passed and Certificate Programme in Early Childhood Special Education. or
- XIlth passed and One year Diploma Programme in Early Childhood Special Education DECSE-MR/DECSE-VI. or
- XIlth passed and Diploma in Teaching Young Children (Deaf and Hard of Hearing). or
- Xth Class passed and Certificate in Care Giving programme.
- Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI.

- Interested and eligible candidates may send their bio-data in a sealed envelope by post or submit the same in the drop-box kept at Main Guard Room, Air Force Station New Delhi, New Delhi- 03 or e-mail to [email protected] latest by 16 Jan 26.
- The bio-data is to be accompanied with one passport size photograph of the candidate along with photocopy of all relevant documents (self attested) in support of age, educational qualification and experiences if any. A format of the same is available at school website.
