• Qualification: B.Sc. (Library Science) and PG in Library Science

Salary / Stipend

• a) Rs.54,000/- + Applicable HRA* for Ph.D.
• b) Rs.35,000/- consolidated pay for PG

General Information / Instructions

1) The individual will be engaged purely on temporary and contractual basis which will be terminated after completion of 11 months (or) filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.

2) The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right to claim for any regular appointment in University/any government organization

3) The incumbent shall not have any claim (or) shall have any right for further continuation of contractual service.

4) Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature at the time of selection (or) termination even during the contractual engagement period.

5) Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.

6) The engaged persons may also leave the contractual service on their own by giving one-month notice, otherwise to be paid one-month salary before leaving.

7) The Selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment

8) No T.A. & D.A. will be given to the candidates appearing for interview.

9) The decision of the selection committee for the above post will be final and binding in all respects.

10) The Registrar has right to cancel or postpone the interviews for the said post, for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances/reason thereof.

• One set of Bio-Data along with Xerox copies of educational qualifications and other certificates if any, Social Status and passport size photo shall be submitted at the time of interview.
