• Project scientist (Team Lead) Qualification: Ph.D. Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering / Equivalent Or M.E/MS (Engg) Avionics / Aerospace/ Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Communication engineering / Equivalent with 8+ Years' Experience in the Drone / Defence / Similar sector.
• Project scientist (Team Lead) Essential Qualification: Knowledge in Drone Rules and Regulations. Must have experience in leading Drone related Projects / heading a related organisation. Technical Management and Networking capability. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Great communication and presentation skills. Problem-solving mindset. Have to be flexible with Timings and Various Field Conditions. Able to Adapt and Lead the Team under Various Circumstances.
• Project scientist (Team Lead) Desired Qualification: Should have previous experience in BVLOS Projects. Preferably retired DGCA / Defence Sector professionals. DGCA Remote Pilot Instructor (any category / class) preferred but not mandatory.
• Project Associate- II (Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer) Qualification: M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Mechanical / Production / Aerospace / Applied Mechanics / Equivalent with 2+ years' experience. Or BE EEE/ECE Mechanical / Production / Aerospace / Aeronautical / Applied Mechanics / Equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Project Associate- II (Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer) Essential Qualification: Strong background in CAD/CAE, CFD, Thermal & Aerodynamic Analysis. Experience in engineering design, testing and analysis. Ability to prepare technical reports, SOPs, manuals and support BVLOS documentation. Excellent organization, academic writing, and technical presentation skills. Experience in training/teaching engineering subjects and developing technical content. Ability to support project coordination, data analysis, and multi-disciplinary tasks. Flexible with timings and field conditions.
• Project Associate- II (Technical Research & UAV Systems Engineer) Desired Qualification: Prior exposure to UAV systems, aerodynamic studies or relevant simulation work. Familiarity with DGCA Drone Rules / UAV operations. Experience supporting large technical projects, workshops or research activities. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (any category / class) preferred but not mandatory.
• Project Associate II (UAV System Engineer) Qualification: M.E/MS (Engg) Navigation / Avionics / Aerospace/ Aeronautical/ Electrical / Electronics / Communication engineering / Equivalent with 2+ years' experience Or BE EEE/ECE/Communication/CSE/Aero/Navigation / Equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Project Associate II (UAV System Engineer) Essential Qualification: Must Have Vast Knowledge and Experience in UAV Control Systems. Must have wide Knowledge about the Current UAV Technologies. Must have Keen Knowledge about UAV Navigation, Guidance and Control. Must Have Wide Knowledge about UAV Communication Systems. Knowledge and Experience in UAV Operation Field co-ordination. Should have Knowledge in UAV avionics and Communication systems. Have to be flexible with Timings and Various Field Conditions.
• Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer) Qualification: M.E./M.Tech in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Equivalent with 2+ years' experience Or BE in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Avionics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Equivalent with 4+ years' experience.
• Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer) Essential Qualification: Strong understanding of UAV systems, sensors, flight controllers, and communication links. Hands-on experience in field testing, flight trials, and test data collection. Ability to assist in BVLOS trial planning, range setup, safety procedures, and field coordination. Familiarity with Drone Rules 2021, UAS classifications, and DGCA operational requirements. Good skills in documentation, logs, checklists, and test reporting. Capable of working in outdoor, time-sensitive, and multi-agency environments.
• Project Associate II (BVLOS Flight Operations & Field Testing Engineer) Desired Qualification: Experience with BVLOS or long-range UAV operations, GCS handling, telemetry, or RF systems. Exposure to risk assessment, safety management, or regulatory compliance activities. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (any category / class) preferred but not mandatory.
• Project Associate II (Aerospace Structures Engineer) Qualification: ME/MS (Engg) Aerospace /Aerospace Structures /Avionics/ Aeronautical / Mechanical with 2+ Years' Experience Or BE Aerospace /Aerospace Structures / Aeronautical / Mechanical / CAD-CAM with 4+ Years' Experience.
• Project Associate II (Aerospace Structures Engineer) Essential Qualification: Must Have Vast Knowledge in Aerospace Structures. Must have knowledge and experience on documentation handling. Must Have Knowledge and Experience in Structural Testing and Analysis. Must Have Knowledge in analysis Tools. Must Have Knowledge in Design Software's. • Project Associate II (GCS Software & BVLOS Systems Engineer) Qualification: B.E/BTech ECE/EEE/CSE/IT/ Equivalent.
• Project Associate II (GCS Software & BVLOS Systems Engineer) Essential Qualification: Knowledge in Ground Control Station (GCS) software development for UAV operations. Experience with API development and integration for telemetry, tracking, and command systems. Understanding of BVLOS communication architecture, data links, and control protocols. Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and scripting for automation and tool development. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL for dashboard/UI backend integration. Familiarity with mission planning tools, telemetry parsing, and real-time data visualisation. Ability to support simulation environment setup (SITL/HTTL). Flexibility to work in field conditions, trial sites, and varying operational timelines. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (any category / class) preferred but not mandatory.
• Project Associate I (Drone Pilot – BVLOS Operations) Qualification: B.E / B-Tech Aero / Mech / ECE / EEE / Equivalent.
• Project Associate I (Drone Pilot – BVLOS Operations) Essential Qualification: Hands-on experience in multirotor/fixed-wing drone flying, including mission execution. Knowledge in drone assembly, integration, fault diagnosis, and field troubleshooting. Proficiency in GCS operation, mission planning, telemetry monitoring, and failsafe handling. Experience in drone maintenance, pre-flight/post-flight checks, and log documentation. Must hold a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (any applicable class). Awareness of current UAV technologies, payloads, regulatory updates, and field practices. Ability to support BVLOS trial activities, range setup, and field operations under varying conditions. DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (any category / class) preferred but not mandatory.
• Project Technician Qualification: Any Diploma/Degree.
• Project Technician Essential Qualification: Basic knowledge of drone components, wiring, and assembly procedures. Ability to assist in routine maintenance, field checks, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with battery handling, charging protocols, and safety practices. Ability to support field operations, range setup, and trial preparations. Willingness to work in outdoor conditions, variable timings, and field environments. Capability to maintain logs, inventories, and equipment records.
• Office Assistant Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Diploma.
• Office Assistant Essential Qualification: Basic knowledge of Computer Operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with email handling, data entry, and file management. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier). Should be able to travel with the team if required. Able to adapt multitasking.
