Documents Required for Certificate Verification
As per the official web note, qualified candidates must carry the following to the verification venue:
- Memo / Call Letter (downloaded from the Commission's website)
- Two (02) sets of Check Lists
- Two (02) sets of Attestation Forms
- Other relevant material as specified on the Commission's website
- Original certificates corresponding to the details filled in the application (educational, age, category, and other supporting documents as applicable)
The official web note does not list each individual certificate (such as SSC, degree, PG, category, or EWS certificates) by name - candidates should refer to the detailed checklist available for download alongside the call letter for the complete, item-wise list.
How to Download the APPSC DyEO Call Letter / Memo
- Visit the official APPSC website: psc.ap.gov.in
- Go to the notifications or downloads section and look for Notification No. 14/2023 (Deputy Educational Officer).
- Download the Memo/Call Letter, the two sets of Check Lists, and the two sets of Attestation Forms.
- Fill in the Attestation Forms and Check Lists completely before the verification date.
