Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager (HR & Admin)
  • Master’s Degree/Postgraduate in Business Administration with Specialization in HRM or its equivalent.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in HRM/Personnel Management including Office administration or its equivalent in Government or private organisation of repute.
  • Candidates with experience of working in externally aided projects will be preferred.
  • No age bar for deserving candidate.
• General Manager (Urban Reforms)
  • Master of Business Administration (IT / Marketing) or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication and stakeholder management capabilities is must.
  • Good understanding of enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital platforms and their implementations in public sector.
  • Degree/diploma in Public Policy and Management/Public Administration/Urban Planning shall be given preference.
  • Project Management Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince2 or any other equivalent certification is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of overall experience in urban governance, public sector reforms, project management, or related areas.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading large-scale technology/reforms projects across Government and managing multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proven expertise in vendor/contract management and IT e-Governance.
  • Experience in managing urban development projects or programs at state or national level shall be preferred.
  • No age bar for deserving candidate.
• Deputy General Manager (Procurement)
  • A first-class graduate in Civil Engineering or relevant field with Advanced Certification in Public Procurement/PDPP or equivalent certification in Public Procurement in addition to MOOC Certification in Public Procurement issued by Finance Department, Government of Assam.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in public procurement for and/or on behalf of Government of Assam.
  • Must have adequate experience in EAP procurements or procurements for projects funded by MDBs.
  • No age bar for deserving candidate.

Salary/Stipend

• General Manager (HR & Admin): Rs. 1,50,000.00 per month.
• General Manager (Urban Reforms): Rs. 1,50,000.00 per month.
• Deputy General Manager (Procurement): Rs. 1,30,000.00 per month.
• The position is purely contractual and initially for a period of 11 months which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance as reflected in the Annual Performance Appraisal Report.
