- Construction (Assistant Mason): Graduate (in any field)/Diploma in Retail Management and qualified at minimum NCR/NSQF level of 4.0 in the sub sector of retail store operations and Having a minimum of 2 years of Industry or Training experience in store operations with at least 2 years of Industry experience in store operations.
- IT/ITES (Digital Mitra): B.Tech In Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical With 1 year Experience.
- Construction (Assistant Electrician): Diploma In Civil/Mechanical/Electrical With 2 year Experience.
- IT/ITES: General BA/BSc/ Ex-Army/1/2* In Civil/ Mechanical/Electrical With 4 year Experience.
- Construction: Graduate in Any discipline, 2 years of industry experience in digital business domain.
