Who Can Apply
Candidates must possess a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering and an ME/M.Tech in a relevant specialization. Applicants are also required to be residents of Uttar Pradesh and must not exceed 28 years of age as on 01.04.2026.
Desirable Qualification: Work Experience in Water Resources Engineering, Geomatics/Remote Sensing & GIS, Hydrology, or a related discipline. Experience in Remote Sensing and GIS satellite image processing, river morphology, and field-based river surveys.
Pay and Tenure
The selected Research Assistant will receive a fixed fellowship salary of Rs. 28,000/- per month. No House Rent Allowance (HRA) or any other allowances are admissible. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The initial appointment is for one year, which may be renewed for subsequent years based on candidate performance and the recommendation of the Principal Investigator.
