- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B / B.L) from a recognized Indian University.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an LLM degree.

- 4 to 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience is required in areas such as customs clearance, classification, FTP, SEZ, EPCG, drafting, and court/tribunal appearances.
