- Project Officer-I (Finance): MBA (Finance) {Master in Business Administration in Finance, from recognized university/ institute/ College}. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant industry experience is mandatory. Teaching/ Academic/ Research work and experience in non-profit organizations or internships as part of academic curriculum will not be considered.

- Retention Bonus: Rs. 25,000/- for every completed year, payable at the end of 4 years (total Rs. 1,00,000/-).
