Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications – Head FPI&IC (Position 101):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering with M.Tech/MS in Design from a recognized University/Institution.
- Certification in Project Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 25 years of professional experience (for Executive Director, Gr X) OR minimum 21 years (for Chief General Manager, Gr IX).
- At least 5 years of cumulative post-qualification experience in the last 12 years at a senior level in Engineering Design and Research in an organization of repute.
- Must have headed a versatile team from engineering & science background in an Engineering Design and Research company with a turnover of above ₹1,000 Cr.
- Qualifications – Asst. General Manager Maritime Business (Position 102):
- Full-time First Class Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- Marine Engineering qualification/Postgraduate degree/diploma in technology/management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Desirable: Navy personnel in the rank of Commander or equivalent from the Coast Guard.
- Qualifications – Asst. Manager Design Aerospace (Position 103):
- Full-Time, First-Class Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Aerospace Domain.
- Mandatory: Project Management with Design & Development skill sets; Hands-On Catia V5 experience.
- Qualifications – Manager Aerospace-Electrical (Position 104):
- Full-Time First-Class Engineering Degree in Electrical from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Aerospace Domain.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience on electrical system design & preparation of circuit diagrams.

- Age Relaxation:

Selection Process
- Step 1 – Application Scrutiny / Shortlisting: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for assessment based on their application details, experience, qualifications and other criteria. Merely meeting the conditions of the advertisement will not automatically entitle candidates to be called for assessment.
- Step 2 – Assessment: Shortlisted candidates will be called for assessment (written test/interview/presentation as applicable). Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates and increase the qualifying percentage based on number of applications received.
- Step 3 – Pre-employment Medical Examination: Shortlisted candidates after assessment will have to undergo pre-employment medical examination. Appointment is subject to meeting the medical standard of the Company and receipt of satisfactory medical report from the Company Medical Officer.
- Step 4 – Original Document Verification: Original documents including educational certificates, experience certificates, category certificates (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD as applicable) will be verified. Any shortcoming at the time of document verification will lead to rejection of candidature.
