Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist / Stenographer Grade III / Junior Typist – Educational Qualification
- Passed at least a +3 Examination (or an equivalent qualification) from a recognized university.

- Able to speak, read, and write Odia, and passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.

Salaried Amin – Educational Qualification
- Passed the matriculation examination or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
