General Conditions
- Candidates should submit only one application, in the prescribed format only.
- Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training, partially or fully, for one year or more in any discipline need not apply.
- Candidates selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw except for reasons beyond their control; those who leave on their own are liable to refund the full cost of training and the stipend received.
- Every apprentice who completes the training period must pass a test conducted by the National Council for Training in Vocational Trades to receive a Certificate of Proficiency.
- There is no obligation on BHAVINI to provide employment to apprentices on completion of their training.
- Management reserves the right to cancel or alter the number of seats in a particular trade, or the entire engagement process, without assigning any reason.
- Preference will be given to applicants belonging to villages neighbouring the plant site; such local candidates must produce valid identity proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/Driving Licence/Ration Card) at the time of document verification.
- Incomplete applications, or those without the required self-attested certificate copies, are liable to be rejected without any communication.
- As BHAVINI is a highly protected area, apprentices will be allowed to join only after submitting a Police Verification Certificate from a Sub-Inspector or higher officer.
