BHEL Recruitment Important Instructions
- All engagements are on a part-time and temporary basis for a period of one year, and do not constitute a claim for regular or permanent employment in BHEL.
- Subsequent renewals are limited to a maximum of 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
- A notice period of one month on either side applies for discontinuing the engagement.
- Working hours are as per the duty schedule or roster decided by the Medical Superintendent.
- Candidates employed in Central/State Government, Autonomous bodies, or PSUs must submit a No Objection Certificate at the interview or produce a relieving order upon selection.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
