- Self-declaration for character and antecedents is required at the time of joining.
- Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination by the company's authorized medical officer or government officer and meet prescribed health standards.
- The appointment is purely on a temporary basis for two years and shall not confer any right for regular employment in BHEL.
- There is a notice period of one month on either side for discontinuing the engagement.
- Working hours will be a maximum of eight hours a day for six days a week.
- Candidates attending the interview will not be paid any TA/DA.
