Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must have passed Higher Secondary (12th) with first division (High Secondary exam first division mandatory).
- Candidate must have passed Graduation in the relevant subject from a recognised university.
- Preference/weightage will be given for prior preparation/experience related to CGPSC, Banking, Railway, Staff Selection, State Civil Services or similar competitive exams (as per scoring criteria).
- Candidate must be native/permanent resident of Chhattisgarh (NRrhlx<+ ewY; fuoklh condition mentioned).
- All educational and experience certificates must be valid and issued by authorised institutions; self-attested copies to be produced with originals at the time of walk‑in.
Selection Process
- Preparation of merit list based on multiple components.
- 20% marks weightage of Higher Secondary (12th) examination marks.
- 30% marks weightage of Graduation examination marks.
- 5 marks for candidates whose names appear in final selection lists of CGPSC/Banking/Staff Selection/Railway recruitments.
- 5 marks for at least 2 years’ teaching/coaching experience in recognised coaching institutions for the above competitive exams.
- 40 marks for performance in Walk-in Interview (oral test).
- Final merit list prepared on total of the above components; decision of selection committee will be final.

Salary/Stipend
- Guest Teacher – General Studies: Consolidated honorarium up to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable with selected candidate and committee).
- Guest Teacher – Hindi & Chhattisgarhi: Consolidated honorarium up to ₹40,000 per month (negotiable).
- Guest Teacher – English: Consolidated honorarium up to ₹40,000 per month (negotiable).
- Guest Teacher – Mathematics & Reasoning: Consolidated honorarium up to ₹50,000 per month (negotiable).
- Additional annual incentive up to 10% of yearly honorarium based on exam results and performance of coached students (as per rules).
- No other allowances or benefits payable beyond the specified honorarium and incentive.
How To Apply
- Download/obtain prescribed application format from the district website www.bijapur.gov.in or from the office of Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development, Bijapur.
- Fill the application form completely in the prescribed format only; incomplete/incorrect forms will be rejected.
- Attach self-attested copies of all required educational, experience and caste certificates along with application.
- Bring all original documents and identity proof at the time of Walk‑in Interview for verification.
- Reach the venue (Collector Office, Bijapur – Carrier Academy, Turli Ward Road) on the scheduled date between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM for registration.
- Submit filled application form with all enclosures personally at the venue; applications sent by post will not be accepted (as per Walk‑in system).
Instructions
- Only the prescribed application form will be accepted; any other format will be rejected.
- Candidates must self-attest the marksheets, certificates, experience proofs and attach with application, and also present originals for verification.
- Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information will lead to cancellation of candidature without separate notice.
- Contract appointment will be valid up to 31-03-2026; extension for next academic session depends on performance, behaviour and mutual consent.
- Either party can terminate contract by giving one month notice or one month honorarium in lieu thereof.
- Number of vacancies may increase or decrease; decision of selection committee will be final and binding.
- Guest teacher appointment will not confer any right for regular government service or absorption.
- In case of any dispute during recruitment, final decision-making authority will be the selection committee constituted by district administration.
