What Details Are Given in the BMC Apprentice Selection List?
Each trade-wise list in the PDF shows the following columns:
- Serial number and trade
- ITI registration number (starting with A)
- Candidate full name (surname, first name, middle name)
- Date of birth and gender
- ITI last semester total marks and marks obtained
- Percentage
- Caste category
- Category allocation (for example Open, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, Women, Divyang, and other horizontal categories)
How to Check BMC Apprentice Result 2026
- Open the official MCGM notice PDF titled "Apprenticeship Merit List 2026" from the link in the Important Links section below.
- Scroll to your trade. The PDF is arranged trade by trade.
- Look for your name or ITI registration number. Use the search option (Ctrl+F) on a computer for a quicker search.
- Check your category allocation and details such as date of birth and marks.
- If your name is listed, follow the steps given below on the Apprenticeship India portal.
- Save or print a copy of the PDF for your records.

What Selected Candidates Must Do Next
The official notice sets out the following process for candidates whose names are in the list:
- Log in to the Apprenticeship India portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- Under "Apprenticeship Opportunities", select the option BRIHANMUMBAI MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
- BMC will check your online profile and then send an online "Invitation" for apprenticeship training.
- If you want to do the apprenticeship with BMC, select "Apply" on the portal to accept the opportunity.
- Selected candidates will then receive an online "Contract". Choose "Sign" if you are interested, or "Reject" if you are not.
- BMC will publish the training or posting details on its website for candidates who sign the contract. These include the department, ward or hospital, and the dates.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- The list is provisional. It is subject to verification of educational certificates and other documents.
- Once you sign the BMC apprenticeship contract, you cannot cancel it. Decide carefully before choosing "Sign".
- Complete all steps on the Apprenticeship India portal. The notice does not say that a separate offer will be sent by post.
- Keep your Apprenticeship India profile complete and up to date, because BMC will check it before sending invitations.
- Check the BMC website regularly for the training place and date.
