Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Degree in any discipline with MS-Office proficiency (Minimum 3 months certificate)
- OR Degree in Computer Science
- OR Degree in Computer Applications
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Self Help Groups (SHG) in village level federations
- Candidates must have minimum 5 years of service tenure and this position is purely temporary

- Candidates must be residents of the block they are applying for
- Must possess valid two-wheeler driving license

- Candidates who have worked in TNSRLM, Pudhuvaazhvu Project, IFAD Project and other government projects and were terminated due to poor performance or financial irregularities are not eligible
- Selected candidates must work for minimum 5 years and this job is purely temporary
- Candidates will be appointed on outsourcing basis through block level federation
- The appointment is made under Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women (TNCDW) and Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Mission (TNSRLM) under Erode District Mission Management Unit (DMMU) and Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU)
- The decision of the District Collector regarding scrutiny or rejection of applications will be final
