Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Consultant (Scientific/Technical): Professionals with PhD degree in Anthropology/Social Work/Clinical Psychology/Sociology/Public Health/other social science subjects with minimum 10 years of research experience in community-based health implementation research and at least 10 research publications as documentary evidence; OR Clinicians with MBBS, MD qualifications with at least 10 years of clinical practice experience.
• Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): Professional having MBBS/BDS/BAMS degree in relevant subject with 3 years’ experience in community-based health implementation research.
• Project Technical Support-III / IT Support: First Class MA/M.Sc. in Social Sciences/Life Sciences/Public Health/Psychology with field/lab work experience during dissertation; OR First Class M.Sc. in Computer Science with experience in handling computer-related hardware and software and Linux/Windows OS; OR First Class M.Com with experience in Bodoland Universitydgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and reporting using MS Office with problem solving, collaborative skills and attention to detail.
• Project Technical Support-I / MTS: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) with 2 years’ experience OR Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery (ANM) with 2 years’ experience in community/lab-based research work.

2. Age Limit

The age limit for Bodoland University Consultant, Project Research Scientist & Technical Support Recruitment 2025 is as follows:

• Consultant (Scientific/Technical): Maximum 65 years.
• Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): Maximum 40 years.
• Project Technical Support-III / IT Support: Maximum 35 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).
• Project Technical Support-I / MTS: Maximum 30 years (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).

3. Nationality

Candidates must be eligible to work in India as per applicable rules; the project is implemented in Udalguri District, BTR, Assam and selected candidates must stay within the district.

Salary/Stipend

• Consultant (Scientific/Technical): Rs. 1,00,000/- per month; for retired Government persons, remuneration will be fixed as per Ministry of Finance, Dept. of Expenditure OM No-3-25/2020-E.IIIA dated 09 Dec 2020.
• Project Research Scientist-III (Medical): Rs. 93,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.
• Project Technical Support-III / IT Support: Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.
• Project Technical Support-I / MTS: Rs. 18,000/- per month + HRA as admissible.
