How to Download the BPSC Factory Inspector DV Verification Letter 2026

Candidates can download the Document Verification call letter directly from the BPSC official portal. Follow these steps to access your DV letter before the scheduled date.

1. Visit the official BPSC candidate login portal: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login
2. Log in to your account using your credentials.
3. Go to My Account and click on the View Button for Advertisement No. 03/2026.
4. Click on Download next to the Documents Verification Letter.
5. Save and print the letter for use on the DV day.

Important: The DV letter will not be sent by post. Candidates must download it themselves from the portal.

• Practical training certificates from recognized universities (for those claiming training experience)
• Experience certificate issued by a factory or government department (as per Advertisement Condition 3)
• All appointment letters for positions held, along with the salary slip of the month of joining and the subsequent two months
• Factory licence of the relevant factory (where applicable)
• Proof of turnover exceeding Rs. 25 crores for private sector factory experience (if claiming)
• Proof of registration with EPFO or ESIC for private sector experience claims

Category & Reservation Certificates

• Creamy layer-free certificate for OBC candidates (issued in the father's and father's permanent address name for female candidates)
• Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates
• Permanent residence certificate for SC/ST candidates
• EWS (Economically Weaker Section) income and asset certificate — as per Bihar Government notification dated 26.02.2019 with Annexure-I (Proforma-I)
• Age relaxation certificate for ex-servicemen (if applicable)
• Permanent residence certificate for Bihar's permanent women residents claiming fee exemption
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the respective Central/State Government for government employees
• CGPA conversion formula as per university/board norms
• Character and conduct certificate from the last institution attended
• Bihar Government service age proof certificate for existing Bihar government servants

Note: Only the certificates mentioned in the original online application form will be considered valid. Any certificate not declared in the application will not be accepted at the time of DV.

Important Instructions for BPSC Factory Inspector DV 2026

To avoid disqualification, all candidates must carefully read and follow these key instructions issued by BPSC in the official DV programme notice.

• Eligibility is purely provisional. Final eligibility will be determined only after DV based on documents and claims made in the online application.
• If any document or information found at DV contradicts the application form, the candidature will be cancelled and no appeal will be entertained.
• All certificates related to educational qualification, experience, and other eligibility criteria must have been obtained on or before the application closing date of 02 February 2026. Certificates issued after this date will not be accepted.
• Eligible proof certificates are only those cited by the candidate in the original application form.
• Mobile phones and any electronic gadgets (Bluetooth devices, electronic pens, etc.) are strictly prohibited inside the BPSC premises during DV.
• Candidates must report to the BPSC office at the designated time as per the schedule - no late entry will be permitted.
