How to Download BPSSC Havildar Instructor PET Admit Card 2026

1. Visit the official BPSSC website: bpssc.bihar.gov.in.
2. Go to the "Home Guard" section, then "Latest Notices" or "Download PET Admit Card."
3. Click on the "BPSSC Havildar Instructor PET Admit Card 2026" link.
4. Enter your Registration Number/Mobile Number, Date of Birth/Password, and the Captcha Code.
5. Click Submit/Login.
6. Your PET admit card will appear on screen download it and take a clear printout.

Documents Required at the PET/Document Verification

Per the official BPSSC notice (letter dated 19 August 2026), candidates must carry the PET admit card, a photocopy of the online application receipt, and the original certificates listed below along with one photocopy set of each:

• A valid photo ID (Voter ID, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, etc.)
• Educational qualification certificate (Intermediate or equivalent)
• Date of birth proof (original Matriculation certificate)
• Caste certificate issued by competent authority (for SC/ST/EBC/BC candidates; for married/unmarried women, valid only if issued on the basis of the father's caste)
• Non-creamy layer certificate (for BC/EBC candidates; same father's-basis rule applies for women)
• Bihar permanent resident certificate (for all reserved-category candidates)
• EWS certificate based on FY 2024–25 income and assets (if applicable)
• Freedom fighter descendant certificate (if applicable)
• Bihar government employee certificate with minimum 3 years of regular service, issued by the controlling officer (if applicable)
• Ex-servicemen: original PPO and discharge book
• Transgender/third-gender candidates: Bihar domicile certificate and a certificate from the competent authority confirming transgender status

Important Instructions

• Attendance in the PET on the scheduled date and document verification are compulsory absent candidates will be treated as disqualified with no second opportunity.
• No request for date/time extension will be accepted under any circumstances.
• Candidates unable to download their e-admit card online can collect a duplicate copy in person on 15 September 2026, between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, at the BPSSC office (5, Harding Road, Patna – 800001), by bringing a photocopy of the application receipt and a valid photo ID, at their own expense.
• Candidates must comply fully with all terms and conditions mentioned in Advertisement No. 05/2026 at every stage of the selection process.
