- Bechelor & degree in Engineering or lechnology or Master's Degree in Science in one of the subjects mentioned in para-2 below from a recognised University or Institution.
- GATE: Candidates must possess a valid GATE score in the corresponding subject paper from GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025.

- Maximum Age limit: 30 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

- Pay Level: Level-7 in the Pay Matrix (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)
- Monthly Salary: Approximately ₹99,000/- (including all allowances applicable at Delhi)
- Additional Benefits: As per Central Government norms applicable to Group ‘B’ posts
