- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science from a recognised University or Institution in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science from a recognised University or Institution in Electronics and/or Communication / Telecommunication.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science from a recognised University or Institution in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science with specialisation in Data Science / Artificial Intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science from a recognised University or Institution in Mathematics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in Science from a recognised University or Institution in Civil Engineering.

Salary / Stipend
- Senior Field Officer (Technical): Level-10 in Pay Matrix, Group 'A', Gazetted. Including all allowances will be Rs. 1,30,000/- (approx.).
