Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate from a UGC-recognized university.
- Computer literacy is essential – MS Office, Internet, basic knowledge of the local language.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language.
- Preference will be given to retired/VRS officers from any nationalized bank (SBI/RRBs) who held a Scale Officer position, or
- Other government/semi-government employees (such as government teachers, etc.) with knowledge of banking and financial services and who have completed relevant IIBF certification courses.
- The applicant must have retired from their previous employer with an unblemished and satisfactory service record.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an officer or employee is mandatory.
- The applicant must be a resident of the same state, preferably from the same or a neighboring district.

- Maximum Age limit: 65 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Selection Process
- Eligible applicants will be called for a personal interview. The decision to call or not call candidates for an interview will be entirely at the discretion of the bank management.

General Information / Instructions
- The applicant will be appointed on a contractual basis for a period of one year, subject to satisfactory performance. After one year, the renewal of the member's services will be entirely at the sole discretion of the bank, based on the bank's prevailing rules and policies.
- No other additional benefits, charges, or expenses will be payable.
- The applicant will be granted 15 days of leave per year, or 2 days per month.
- The selected applicant will work as a counselor for FLCs in East and West Champaran districts and will be responsible for conducting financial literacy programs, providing loan counseling, promoting government schemes, and performing all center-related tasks.
- Only those applicants who fulfill all the above-mentioned qualifications should apply. All information provided in the application form must be correct and complete. If at any stage it is found that the applicant did not meet the prescribed qualifications or obtained selection based on false/misleading information, their appointment may be terminated with immediate effect without any prior notice.
- The bank management reserves the right to grant relaxation in qualifications in deserving cases. The bank management also reserves the right to decide whether or not to fill the said post.
