Eligibility Criteria
All qualifications must be from a recognized university/institution. Experience in the relevant field will be considered if available.
- Qualifications (Anesthesia Specialist): M.D./D.N.B./ In MBBS Course and Post Graduation (MD) Course in Anesthesia.
- Qualifications (Gynecologist Specialist): M.D./D.N.B./In MBBS Course and Post Graduation (MD) Course in Gynecology.
- Essential qualifications: Valid registration in Chhattisgarh Medical Council (CGMC) is mandatory within three months of joining.
- Desirable: Work experience certificate
- experience: Relevant experience from Government/Semi-Government institutions will be recognized.
Salary/Stipend
Remuneration is a fixed monthly consolidated amount and is negotiable. No other allowances are applicable.
- Anesthesia Specialist: ₹ 2,70,000/- per month (Negotiable).
- Gynecologist Specialist: ₹ 2,20,000/- per month (Negotiable).
- Benefits of Pension, allowances, CRMCA incentive, etc. are not applicable.

Selection Process
- Selection will be based on a virtual interview conducted by a constituted selection committee after screening online applications.
- Online interview time and link will be provided to shortlisted candidates via their WhatsApp mobile number provided in the application.
- The committee's decision is final and binding.
General Information/Instructions
- The appointment is purely temporary and contractual according to the Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012.
- Appointees must reside at the place of posting (Gidam) and cannot commute from other locations; services will be terminated otherwise.
- Contract period is 6 months initially (implied by the bond condition). A bond of ₹5,00,000/- must be filled; otherwise, the amount will be recovered.
- Candidates removed for misconduct, blacklisted, or with unsatisfactory performance records are ineligible.
- NOC is mandatory for candidates currently employed in Government/Semi-Government institutions.
- Medical Fitness Certificate from the District Medical Board is required at the time of joining.
