- Medical Officer-XV-FC: MBBS from MCI recognized institute with one year compulsory internship; Registered under WBMC; Weightage for higher qualification.
- Staff Nurse (Polyclinic / UHWC): Completed GNM training or B.Sc Nursing from recognized institute; Registered under West Bengal Nursing Council; Proficiency in local language.
- Counsellor-Polyclinic: Graduation in Social Science; Excellent interpersonal skills; Knowledge of MS-Office; Fluency in local languages; Two years experience in Health/Social Sector; Preferential: Master Degree, experience in counselling.
Salary/ Stipend
- Community Health Assistant (CHA)-Urban: Rs.13,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Medical Officer-XV-FC: Rs.60,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Staff Nurse (Polyclinic / UHWC): Rs.25,000/- per month (consolidated)
- Counsellor-Polyclinic: Rs.20,000/- per month (consolidated)

- Community Health Assistant (CHA)-Urban: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years
- Medical Officer-XV-FC: 67 years or less
- Staff Nurse (Polyclinic / UHWC): Maximum 40 years

- Upper age relaxation: 10 years for PWD, 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-A/OBC-B as per State Govt. rules
