All provisionally selected waiting-list candidates must carry the following in ORIGINAL, plus two self-attested photocopies of each:

How to Report for Document Verification
- Check Annexure-A of the notice to confirm your name and allocated Subsidiary/CIL.
- Prepare all 13 categories of documents listed above (originals + 2 self-attested copies each, as applicable to your category).
- Report in person on 3 August 2026 before the GM/HoD (HRD) at the address of your allocated Subsidiary (see table below).
- If your documents are found in order, an Order of Engagement (OOE) indicating your final place of posting will be issued by the GM/HoD (HRD) of the concerned CIL/Subsidiary.
- If you cannot join immediately, you may request an extension of up to 3 months (till 3 November 2026 at the latest) by writing to [email protected]. No extension beyond 3 months is permitted.

Important Instructions
- Candidates who fail to produce the required documents on the DV date will have their candidature cancelled immediately without further notice.
- Candidates who fail to join their assigned place of posting within 3 months of the posting order will also have their candidature cancelled without further notice.
- No TA/DA is payable for reporting to DV or for joining the final place of posting.
- Where there is a spelling discrepancy between the application and any submitted certificate, an Affidavit is mandatory.
- Selected trainees must execute a Bond confirming no claim to future employment with CIL/subsidiaries, either during or after the training period.
