Eligibility Criteria

Molecular and Synthetic Biology Theme

• Position 01: Essential Qualification: MSc in Inorganic Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirables: Experience in the synthesis of coordination polymers (CP).
• Position 02: Essential Qualification: MSc in Inorganic/Organic Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirable: Candidates with prior experience in Organic and Inorganic synthesis will be preferred.
• Position 03: Essential Qualification: MSc in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirable: Prior experience in the synthesis of inorganic-organic hybrid materials.
• Position 04: Essential Qualification: Post Graduate degree in professional Courses (MCA/ M. Tech.) in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
  Desirables: Candidates must have prior experience in the area of application of AI in Bio-medical imaging/other imaging techniques. Strong Knowledge in Python programming language (Python) with knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning techniques. Proven experience with software libraries such PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, Sklearn, Opencv, pandas.
• Position 05: Essential Qualification: MSc Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirable: Prior experience in the synthesis of organic compounds and nanomaterials.
• Position 06: Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institute.
  Desirable: Research experience in organic synthesis and familiarity with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) molecule design.
• Position 07: Essential Qualification: MSc in Inorganic Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirable: Prior experience in handling synthesis.

Advanced Materials Theme

• Position 08: Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Physics, with specialization in solid state physics or semiconductor physics.
  Desirable: Experience of working with Nanomaterials, Basic idea about hydrogen as fuel.
• Position 09: Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics (not earlier than 3 years) with a minimum of 60% marks in the concerned subject from a recognized university.
  Desirable: Experience in material synthesis or willingness to work on material synthesis and characterization. Candidates having scientific research publications will get preference.
• Position 10: Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics with a minimum of 60% marks in the concerned subject from a recognized university
  Desirable: Candidates having experience in Carbon-based materials synthesis and their energy storage applications.
• Position 11: Essential Qualification: MSc in Inorganic Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirable: Possesses prior experience in the synthesis of inorganic-organic hybrid materials and the comprehensive analysis of their spectroscopic data.
• Position 12: Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institute.
  Desirable: Research experience in organic synthesis and familiarity with photophysical measurements and spectroscopic techniques.
• Position 13: Essential Qualification: MSc in Inorganic Chemistry with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PH) or equivalent CGPA from a UGC-recognized University.
  Desirables: Prior experience in handling Gaussian09.
• Position 14: Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university/institute.
  Desirable: Prior experience in handling organic synthesis

Environmental Sustainability Theme

• Position 15-18: Essential Qualifications: Post Graduate in Botany/Zoology/Environmental Biology and Wildlife Sciences/Environmental Science/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology and Biotechnology/Biochemistry; with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA, and with wet lab experience.
  Desirables: Candidate should have good experience in lab and field experiments related to environmental chemistry or plant stress biology, with special reference to metalloid toxicity in crop plants, with proven skill in handling basic and sophisticated instruments, and handling biomedical samples will be preferred.

Salary/ Stipend

• Rs. 20,000/- + 20%HRA per month

• Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and called for an interview (offline mode).
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

General Information / Instructions

The appointment will be initially for one year, which may be extended up to three years based on satisfactory performance and the continuation of the project. The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
