CPCL Non-Executive Selection Process 2026
The selection has three stages:
- Computer Based Test (CBT): 120 marks, 2 hours.
- Document Verification: candidates are shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio based on CBT performance.
- Skill, Proficiency and/or Physical Test (SPPT): qualifying in nature, for candidates who clear document verification.
Final selection is subject to the candidate being medically fit as per CPCL's Pre-Employment Medical Standards.
