Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Electronics and Communication Engineering / Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Nanotechnology or allied branches.
- Desirable: Hands-on experience in micro/nanofabrication, thin-film deposition, lithography/FIB-based device fabrication, clean-room processing, electrical/electronic instrumentation, low-current device measurement using SMU/probe station, sensor testing, CAD layout, and data analysis using MATLAB/Python/LabVIEW. Exposure to biosensors, quantum-dot/nanomaterial-based devices or nanoelectronic sensors will be preferred.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
- Upper age limit relaxable upto 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy layer).
Salary / Stipend
