Eligibility Criteria
Dy. Manager (Naval Architect)
- Qualifications: Degree in Naval Architecture Engineering with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Essential qualifications: Minimum of 7 years post qualification managerial experience in a Shipyard or Marine Engineering Company or Marine related offshore Company or Government / Semi- Government Company / Establishment. Should possess adequate knowledge and exposure in design/Production/Ship Hull Repair.
- Desirable: Experience in Docking / Undocking related operations of ships/ vessels in a Shipyard. Experience of working in an ERP /SAP/ computerized environment. Good communication skills and ability to communicate in Hindi/Bengali.
Salary/Stipend
- Pay Scale: ₹50,000-3%-1,60,000 (Grade E2).
- Monthly Total Emoluments (approx): ₹1,08,400/- (Basic + DA + HRA + Perks & Allowances).
- Other benefits include New Pension Scheme, Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Assistance Scheme, etc.
Age Limit (as on 15-12-2025)
- Maximum Age: The upper age limit shall not exceed 35 years as on 15-12-2025.
- Relaxation: Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen shall be as per Government of India guidelines (up to 50 years).
