Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be Indian citizens with a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. A Post-graduate qualification or diploma in Industrial Security / Security Management / Defence Studies is desirable.
- Qualifications: Essential Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Essential qualifications: Qualifications must be from an AICTE/appropriate statutory authority recognized institute.
- Desirable: Post-graduate qualification/diploma in security-related fields.
- Experience: Varies by post. Security Advisor requires 15+ years experience and retired at Pay Level 12 or above. Project Advisor/Security Officer requires 10+ years experience and retired at Pay Level 11/10 or above. Experience in industrial or defence establishments is preferred.
Salary/Stipend
Remuneration is a fixed consolidated monthly pay:
- Security Advisor: ₹ 2,00,000/- per month.
- Project Advisor (Integrated Security Management System): ₹ 1,50,000/- per month.
- Security Officer: ₹ 59,000/- per month (negotiable).
- No other allowances like HRA, CCA, PF contribution mentioned, only the consolidated pay.
Age Limit (as on 20-12-2025)
Age is calculated as on the last date of online application submission (20 December 2025):
- Maximum Age (Security Advisor & Project Advisor): 62 years.
- Maximum Age (Security Officer): 50 years.
Application Fee
- A non-refundable application fee of ₹ 400/- is applicable for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, plus bank charges.
- Applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) are exempted from the fee payment.
- Payment must be made online; no other mode of payment is accepted.

Selection Process
The selection method includes a Power Point Presentation (PPP) and a Personal Interview (PI).
- Only candidates whose documents are verified and meet eligibility will be shortlisted for PPP and PI.
- Marks allocation: Power Point Presentation (Work Experience) - 80 Marks; Personal Interview - 20 Marks. Total 100 Marks.
- Rank lists will be prepared based on the aggregate marks secured in the presentation and interview.
- Candidates must produce all original certificates at the time of verification.
General Information/Instructions
- The posts are purely on a contract basis, initially for one year, extendable by two more years based on performance.
- The place of posting is CSL Kochi or other CSL units/project sites across India/abroad.
- The number of vacancies is provisional and CSL reserves the right to cancel/modify the recruitment process.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.
