- Technical Examiner: Bachelors Degree in any branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institute; Experience of handling contract execution in field or material management or public procurement or quality assurance or legal and policy issue related to procurement or compliance and vigilance in public procurement or contract management etc.
- Assistant Technical Examiner: Officers of the status of Assistant Engineers of the Government of India or Officers holding analogous post in State Government or Union Territories Offices having qualification and experience in Engineering/Diploma (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Materials Management).
- Assistant Technical Examiner (Horticulture): Officers of the status of Assistant Engineers (Horticulture) of the Engineering Department of the Government of India or Officers holding analogous post in State Government or Union Territories Offices.
- Staff Car Driver (Grade II): Have passed the trade test specified by the Government.
