Eligibility Criteria
- Counselor: Essential: Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology in First Class with One (01) Year of relevant experience in an educational institution OR Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with relevant experience of six years after obtaining the qualifying degree of which at least three years should be counseling experience in an academic/medical institution OR Master's degree in Psychology and diploma in Mental and/or Social Psychology with six years relevant experience after the diploma, of which at least three years should be counseling experience in an academic/medical institutions. Desirable: Extensive experience in administering different types of psychological tests, both online and offline; Awareness of and access to the relevant software for patient record-keeping; Excellent communication skills and interpretation skills in a multi-lingual setting; Administrative experience in establishing and managing Counseling services & experience in counseling students aged 18-30 Yrs; Experience in counseling students at highly competitive residential Institutes of higher learning; Relevant experience is defined as counseling experience in both group counseling and individual counseling in an educational institution or in a mental health-care clinic. Counselling agency/Companies are also eligible to apply.
