Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a certificate of competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India.
- One year post-qualification experience as Master / Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.

- Rs. 1,50,000 to Rs. 2,70,000 per month (Scheme – III)
- Scheme – I: Rs.10,000 to Rs.23,400 per day
- Scheme – II: Retention Rs.3,000/day + per act payments + allowances
