Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Social Work/other social fields.
- Essential Skills: Good knowledge of computer and ability to work in MS Office and computer typing.
- Essential Experience: Minimum 03 years experience in Gender related work in Government/Semi Government organizations; Minimum 03 years experience in women's issues.
- Desirable Qualification: Postgraduate degree preferred; English language experience with computer.
Salary/ Stipend
- Lump Sum Contract Monthly Salary: Rs.25780/-.
- There will be no eligibility for any other pay/allowances other than contract pay.
- Leave facility as per Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Contract Appointment) Rules 2012 as amended.
- Travelling allowance will be payable as per equivalent post in special circumstances.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
- Should not be less than 21 years and not more than 45 years.
- Relaxation to the local resident of Chhattisgarh as per the instructions issued by the State Government from time to time, but not exceeding the maximum age of 45 years after all the relaxations.

Selection Process
- Merit will be prepared on the basis of online applications through numerical system.
- Merit Marks 80 (Educational Qualification 60 + Experience 18 + Bonus 02).
- 20 marks for walk-in-interview/skill test.
- Shortlisted in 1:10 ratio for walk-in-interview/skill test.
- Final appointment by the District Collector on the recommendation of the Selection Committee.
- In case of equal marks, preference will be given on the basis of seniority in age.
General Information/ Instructions
- It is not mandatory to be a resident of Chhattisgarh state, but native residents of Chhattisgarh will get 02 bonus marks in merit.
- Minimum age 21 years, Maximum 45 years (including relaxation).
- Marriage restrictions: Restrictions on marriage before a certain minimum age or polygamy.
- Experience certificate must be from a government/semi-government organization; voluntary service is not acceptable.
- Incomplete/defective applications are invalid.
- The appointment is temporary/contract based, for the duration of the scheme.
- The appointment is terminable without assigning any reason (one month's notice or pay).
