Eligibility Criteria

• Community Health Officer (CHO)-BAMS: Passed BAMS from recognized Institute/University. Must have registration certificate/provisional certificate from Paschim Banga Ayurved Parisad (West Bengal Ayurved Council). Proficiency in Bengali/local language and dialect. Desirable: Competency in MS Office & Internet
• Medical Officer (NUHM): MBBS from MCI recognized institute with 1 year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council
• Staff Nurse (NUHM): Completed GNM training course from institute recognized by Indian Nursing Council/W.B. Nursing Council OR Completed B.Sc. Nursing Course. Must be registered under W.B. Nursing Council. Proficiency in local language. Must be permanent resident of West Bengal
• Multi Rehabilitation Worker (NPHCE): Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years of working experience in a hospital. Desirable: Master degree in Physiotherapy
• Attendant (Female only) for NRC: Higher Secondary Passed with good command on Bengali language. Preference to local eligible candidates (preferably residing within 5 km from facility)

Salary/Stipend

• Medical Officer (NUHM): Rs. 60,000/- per month Consolidated
• Staff Nurse (NUHM): Rs. 25,000/- per month Consolidated
• CHO-BAMS (After training): Rs. 20,000/- per month + Maximum incentive of Rs. 5,000/- per month as PLI based on approved parameters
• Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Rs. 18,000/- per month Consolidated
• CHO-Nursing (During training): Rs. 10,000/- per month as stipend
• CHO-BAMS (During training): Rs. 10,000/- per month as stipend
• Attendant (NRC): Rs. 5,000/- per month Consolidated

• CHO-BAMS: Academic result (85%) + Interview (15%). Total Marks: 100
• Medical Officer: MBBS Marks from Final Examination (80%) + PG degree (10 marks) + Diploma (5 marks) + Experience (10 marks). Total Marks: 100
• Staff Nurse: Selection based on marks obtained in qualifying examination (proportionate marking)
• Multi Rehabilitation Worker: Class X (10 marks proportionate) + Class XII (10 marks proportionate) + Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (10 marks proportionate) + Master degree in Physiotherapy (5 marks additional) + Experience (10 marks) + Interview (5 marks). Total Marks: 50
• Attendant (NRC): Madhyamik excluding additional marks (10 marks proportionate) + Higher Secondary excluding Environment & Additional marks, Best 5 including Bengali & English (20 marks proportionate). Total Marks: 30

Instructions

• Applicant must be permanent resident of West Bengal

• Age relaxation will be given for reserved candidates as per existing norms of State Government

• If incumbent proposes to give her work without covering 1 month notice, remuneration will be adjusted accordingly

• For CHO posts (Nursing Category B and BAMS): Candidates must sign bond agreement to serve after successful completion of training. Failure to serve bond period requires payment of Rs. 2 lakhs
• Experience certificate must consist of: Name of post, Employer's name, Employee's name, Date of joining, Date of leaving (otherwise invalid)
• All marks must be calculated excluding marks of Additional Subject. No rounding off of marks will be granted. Proportionate marking up to 2 decimal points will be considered
• For EWS (E.C) categories: As per Gazette Notification by Labour Department, Gov. of W.B., vide no. Labr/110-Emp/EC/1M-01/2025 dated 13/06/2025
