- Expert for Mentoring, training and Networking: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field froma recognized university.
- Expert for access to finance & Business support service: Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), Development Studies, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Expert for Legal and compliance: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB/ BA LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Expert for Market linkage: Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Expert for Agriculture Animal Husbandry & Fisheries Sector: A master's or higher degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture / Agri Business/Agricultural Economics / Horticulture / Animal Husbandry /fisheries/ related field.
- Expert for Technology, Innovatio n &Infrastruc ture: A master's or higher degree in Agricultural Science/Engineering/Agricultural Biotechnology/ related field
- Expert for Environment Sector: Master's degree in Environmental Science, Climate Studies, Natural Resource Management, or related fields from a recognized university.
- Expert for Education & Skill Development Sector: Masters in Education or Social Sciences or Humanities or Business Administration in Human Resourcе

- Pundalik Devasthan, Pundalik Nagar, Alto- Betim, Porvorim Goa 403521 duly affixed with recent passport size photograph along with their bio-data and self-attested copies of all educational degrees, certificate and work experience, valid 15 years residence certificate, Aadhar Card/ Epic Card on or before 17th November, 2025 at the Office of this Directorate or Email: [email protected]
- Government reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- No T.A/D.A shall be paid for attending the interview.
- The Candidate selected shall have no right for any extension or confirmation on regular basis.
- The Government reserves the right to relax the prescribed educational qualifications in cases where the candidate is found to possess substantial experience in the relevant field
