- Retired Government Employee having adequate experience in any of the Public Utility Services as defined in Section 22A of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (Transport service, Postal/telegraph/telephone service, Supply of power/light/water, Public conservancy/sanitation, Hospital/dispensary service, Insurance service, Education/educational institutions, Housing & Real Estate Services, Banking/Financial Institutions services, MGNREGA, LPG services, Issuance of Aadhar/Ration/Voter/BPL Cards, Pensions/Allowances, PDS, Mobile Phone/Internet Service, etc.)
