Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: The candidate should be literate. Preference will be given to candidates who have passed Matric.
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs. 750/- per day (This honorarium is payable only for the days when the Authority assigns work).

General Information/ Instructions
- The applicant must be a citizen of India and a resident of Muzaffarpur district. Applications from residents outside the district will not be accepted.
- The applicant should be physically and mentally healthy.
- The applicant should be of good character and interested in social service.
- The applicant should not have been convicted by any court, and no criminal or civil case should be pending against them. A declaration to this effect must be submitted with the application.
- Since this is a voluntary service without any benefits, there is no reservation for the posts.
- Previously selected Para Legal Volunteers can also reapply.
- The number of vacancies can be changed without prior notice. The right to determine the number of vacancies is reserved with the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffarpur.

How to Apply
- Applicants should fill the prescribed application form completely and attach self-attested copies of educational and other qualification certificates.
- Submit the application to the office of District Legal Services Authority, Muzaffarpur by 10 February 2026 (up to 5:30 PM) either by post or in person.
