Important: The posts of AEE are exclusively reserved for OBC (NCL) Delhi and PwBD candidates. Applications received for the AEE post from candidates outside these categories will not be entertained. The number of vacancies is tentative and may increase or decrease at the sole discretion of DPCC.

Key Conditions for Eligibility
- The candidate must hold the required educational qualification from a University/Institution recognized by the appropriate Statutory Authority, and it must be regular and full-time, as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
- Applicants must satisfy themselves that they possess the essential qualifications before applying; no inquiry regarding eligibility will be entertained by DPCC.
- The candidate must be a citizen of India.
- A candidate applying for more than one post must submit a separate Application Form for each post.
- Candidates already working in Government, Semi-Government, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel or furnish a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview; where this is not possible, they must submit an undertaking at the interview that they will produce a proper relieving order if selected, failing which they will not be allowed to join.

The crucial date for determining the age limit is the closing date for receipt of applications, as prescribed against the respective post. The upper age limit for these direct recruitment posts is relaxable for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC and other special categories of personnel as per the Instructions/Rules/Guidelines issued by the Government of NCT of Delhi/Government of India from time to time. Candidates belonging to the OBC category but falling in the "Creamy Layer" are not entitled to the benefit of OBC reservation and age relaxation.

How to Apply for DPCC Group A Recruitment 2026
Applications must be submitted in physical/hard-copy form; there is no online application process for this recruitment.
- Download the detailed advertisement and the prescribed Application Form from the DPCC website (dpcc.delhi.gov.in) under the "What's New" section.
- Fill in the Application Form in block letters, providing details such as Name, Father's/Husband's Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Email ID, Contact/Mobile Number, Correspondence Address, Category (SC/ST/OBC(Delhi)/PH/Gen), Educational/Professional Qualifications (in chronological order from the highest), and Employment Record (in reverse chronological order).
- Affix a recent passport-size photograph on the form and sign the declaration certifying that the information furnished is correct and complete.
- Fill in Annexure-1 (Details to be provided by the applicant) covering: percentage of marks in the minimum qualification, higher/additional qualifications, relevant experience, UPSC-selected technical exam status (if any), and valid GATE score (if any).
- Attach self-attested copies of all relevant supporting documents/certificates along with the Application Form and Annexure-1. Applications submitted without relevant supporting documents will not be given weightage marks for the corresponding claims.
- Place the signed application, photograph, and all documents in a sealed envelope superscribed: "Application for the Post of ___________" (mentioning the specific post applied for).
- Send the sealed envelope through Registered Post/Speed Post/By-Hand to: The Administrative Officer, DPCC, 3rd Floor, Block-I, DMRC IT Park Building, Shastri Park, Delhi-110053.
- Ensure the application reaches DPCC within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar.
Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate Application Form (with separate Annexure-1 and documents) for each post.
DPCC Group A Important Instructions
- Applications received in any format other than the prescribed form will not be accepted, and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Applications received late (after the due date), for whatsoever reason, will not be entertained. DPCC is not responsible for any delay or loss due to postal or technical reasons.
- All information submitted will be verified against original documents at the time of interview; false, incorrect, or non-conforming information can lead to rejection/cancellation of candidature at any stage.
- Once an application is submitted, no request for change/correction/modification - including change of category - will be entertained under any circumstances, including requests made via Fax or Email.
- Only OBC (Delhi) candidates notified by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi are eligible for OBC reservation/age relaxation; OBC (Outside Delhi) candidates are treated as Unreserved (UR) and must apply under the UR category. OBC candidates must possess a latest valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate along with their caste certificate on or before the cut-off date.
- Only two types of OBC certificates are valid: (a) OBC Certificate (Delhi) issued by the Revenue Department of GNCT of Delhi; or (b) OBC certificate issued by a Competent Authority outside Delhi, mandatorily based on an OBC certificate issued by GNCT of Delhi to a family member residing in Delhi before 08/09/1993.
- Applications received without a copy of complete documents/signature/photograph, applications in a format other than the prescribed one, incomplete or unsigned applications, or applications received after the due date by post/courier will be rejected without communication.
- Canvassing or bringing influence in any form will disqualify the candidature.
- Applications received through any mode other than Registered Post/Speed Post/By-Hand will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.
- DPCC reserves the right to withdraw/cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment process at any stage, without assigning any reasons.
