Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Eligibility Criteria (for Computer Science related JRF): B.E/B.Tech Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Science in first division from AICTE accredited Institute/University with CSIR-UGC (NET) / GATE Qualification. (OR) Post Graduate degree in professional course (ME/M.Tech) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Information Science in 1st Division both at Graduate & Post Graduate level and both from AICTE accredited Institute/ University.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Proficiency in design and analysis of algorithms.
- Having excellent programming skills of C, C++, Python and HMI development.
- Experience in utilizing open-source system development framework.
- Knowledge of Major Machine Learning Algorithm.
Note: The PDF also references another branch (Electrical/Electronics etc.) with separate eligibility, but the primary focus and table entry is on Computer Science related position.
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs.37000/- per month + HRA as applicable.
- No other allowance will be paid during the entire period.
Age Limit (as on last date of receipt of application)
- Upper AGE LIMIT: 28 years.
- The upper age limit shall be relaxable to candidates from SC, ST and OBC(NCL) category as per GOVT. rules in vogue.

- Mode of selection shall be by Interview.

General Information/ Instructions
- The Offer of fellowship is purely temporary in nature for a limited period as per rules in vogue and does not confer any right for absorption in DRDO.
- Those who were already awarded a JRF position in any of the DRDO Laboratories/Centers/Establishment earlier are not eligible to apply again.
- Candidate need to attach the proof of CGPA to percentage conversion formula from the University/Institution along with the application form.
- Candidates working in Govt./Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel. They are required to submit a signed declaration stating that they have informed their Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) about their application and produce a “No Objection Certificate” from their CCA at the time of Interview.
