DUVASU Mathura Young Professional-I Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Essential Qualification: Graduate in Life Sciences / Agricultural Sciences / Veterinary Science / Animal Science / Allied Disciplines.
• Desirable: Experience in baseline survey and SWOT analysis, data collection, digital surveys, computer applications and fieldwork related to the project topic.
• Desirable Knowledge: Basic knowledge of agriculture and animal husbandry.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years (Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules — OBC: 3 years, SC/ST/Women: 5 years).

Salary/Stipend

• Emolument for Young Professional-I: Rs 30,000 (Consolidated) per month.
• Salary will be paid on receipt of funds from the funding agency.

Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Maximum age: 45 years.
• Relaxation as per Govt. of India rules: OBC – 3 years; SC/ST/Women – 5 years.

Selection Process

• Selection will be through Walk-in-Interview for engagement of Young Professional-I in the UPCAR funded project “Intervention of Improved Agricultural Technologies for Transforming Agriculture for enhancing farmer’s income in Uttar Pradesh”.
• No separate letter for interview will be issued; candidates must attend the Walk-in-Interview with complete application and documents.
• Candidates fulfilling the essential qualification only need to attend the walk-in Interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants for appearing in interview.
• The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.

General Information/Instructions

• The position of Young Professional-I is purely temporary on contractual basis under the UPCAR funded project “Intervention of Improved Agricultural Technologies for Transforming Agriculture for enhancing farmer’s income in Uttar Pradesh”.
• The tenure of engagement will be initially for a period up to FY-2025-26 (i.e. March 31, 2026) and is likely to be extended further on yearly basis if required, subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate.
• Appointments will be on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project; the incumbent shall not have any claim for regular appointment under the Project/University/UPCAR.
• Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature or termination even after appointment.
• The services of the candidate may be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason thereof; the Young Professional-I may also leave the assignment by giving one-month prior notice.
• At the end of the contract period, candidates will have no right to claim any employment or engagement in the Project / University / UPCAR.
• The University shall not bear any liability in the event of the demise of any engaged personnel during their period of engagement with the University.

• Interested candidates can attend the walk-in-interview in the Dean Office Committee Room, COVSc, DUVASU, Mathura (UP)-281001 on January 05, 2026 at 9.00 AM.
• The application complete in all respect along with scanned/photocopies of all the testimonials and certificates should be brought by the candidates at the time of Walk-in-Interview.
• Candidates must bring one set of their complete bio-data with self-attested copies of the testimonials and age proof with a passport size photograph along with all original certificates of all required certificates from matriculation onwards and experience certificate in original (if any).
• Along with the application, Bio-Data and SC/ST/OBC certificate (wherever applicable) duly attested is to be submitted.
• Candidates fulfilling the essential qualification only need to attend the Walk-in-Interview and are requested to report at the required venue at 9.00 am.
