Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in relevant discipline from AICTE/appropriate statutory approved University/Institution
- Not less than 65% marks [OBC(NCL)] & 60% marks (SC/ST/PwD) in aggregate of all years/semesters
- Appeared in corresponding GATE-2025 paper and qualified

- Maximum: 29 years for Unreserved
- OBC(NCL): 3 years relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- PwBD: 10 years + category relaxation
