- Officer In-Charge (OIC): Retired Service Officers from Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force with Min 05 Yrs work experience in Health care institution or Managerial Positions.
- Medical Officer: MBBS with Min 03 yrs exp after Internship. Preferable additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery.
- Dental Officer: BDS with Min 03 Yrs exp.
- Pharmacist: B.Sc (MLT)/DMLT, minimum 03 year experience.
- Dental Asst/Hygienist: Diploma in Dental Hygienist/ Mechanic Course registered with Central/State Govt. or DCI. Minimum 03 years experience for Tech and 05 years for Asst/Hygienist.
- Lab Technician: B.Sc (MLT)/DMLT, minimum 03 year experience.
- Female Attendant: Literate with Minimum 05 Years experience in Civil/Army Health Institutions.
- Driver: Class 8th Pass, IMT driver (Armed Forces), Possess a civil driving license and minimum 05 yrs experience.
