Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE with minimum 60% in aggregate
Experience: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (Apprenticeship in the relevant field maximum of one year is also considered as experience)
Salary/ Stipend
₹ 40,000/month for 1st year
₹ 45,000/month for 2nd year
₹ 50,000/month for 3rd year
₹ 55,000/month for 4th year
A lump sum one time amount of ₹ 8,400 towards attire allowances after completion of at least 6 months tenure
Other benefits: Reimbursement of premium paid towards Medical Insurance, Company PF, TA/DA (while on official duty) & Paid Leave as per extant rules
Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)
Upper Age Limit (UR): 33 years
Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST
PwBD: 10 years additional relaxation
