Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should not have completed three years after passing the qualifying examination as on 30 June 2025 — i.e., only those who passed their minimum required qualification in 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates awaiting the result of their minimum required qualification are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training in any organization are not eligible to apply.
- Reservation of seats will follow Government directives and roster points as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and its amendments.
Educational Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with not less than 55% marks from a reputed Institute/University approved by AICTE.
- If a university/institute does not provide CGPA-to-percentage conversion, a minimum of 6 on a 10-point scale will be considered equivalent to 60%; other scales will be prorated accordingly.
- If the university/institute provides an official conversion, the equivalent percentage indicated on the marksheet should be used.
- The percentage from the consolidated marksheet (covering all semesters/years) will be considered. If no consolidated marksheet is issued, the final percentage will be calculated as the average across all semesters/years.

Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age: 30 years, as on the last date of submission of the application.

Stipend
Selected Graduate Apprentices will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand only) per month throughout the training duration. No output bonus, incentives, perks, or allowances will be paid in addition to this stipend.

Selection Process
There will be no interview. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted purely on a merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the minimum required educational qualification.

Important Instructions

- No extension of training or employment will be given by EPIL after completion of the one-year training.
