- Senior Manager (Group A): B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. or equivalent (60%) +12 years exp OR M.E./M.Tech (60%) +10 years OR Ph.D. +8 years in Computer Communication & networking, Data Communication, Internet & Web Technology, VSAT Communication.
- Junior Scientific Officer (Group A): B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. or equivalent (60%) or DOEACC B level +5 years exp in Computer Communication & networking, Data Communication, Internet & Web Technology, VSAT Communication.
- Technical Assistant (Group B): Diploma in Engineering/B.Sc. (60%) or DOEACC A level +5 years exp in Computer Communication & networking, Data Communication, Internet & Web Technology, VSAT Communication.
