- Self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of age (Date of Birth), educational qualifications, experience, research papers, publications, Pension Payment Order (PPO), etc.
- Original documents for verification at the time of the interview
- Income and Asset certificate from the issuing authority as per DOPT letter No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res) dated 31st January 2019 (for EWS category)
- Caste certificate for SC, ST, OBC and EWS candidates in Central Govt. format (OBC and EWS certificates must not be older than one year at the time of the interview)
- Registration certificate issued by NMC/State Medical Council (Rajasthan) for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor
- Equivalent Teaching Experience Certificate issued by DGAFMS for retired Army Medical Teachers (at the time of interview)
- Relieving/No Objection Certificate (NOC) from previous/current employer, if applicable
- Demand draft of Rs. 225/- in favor of "ESI Fund A/c No. 1" drawn on any scheduled bank, payable at Jaipur (applicable to all other categories except SC/ST/PWD, Female candidates, and Ex-servicemen)
What Happens on the Day
Candidates must report between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM at the Dean Office, 2nd Floor, ESIC Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, with the required testimonials, filled proforma, and application fee draft. Selection is based on the performance of the candidate in the interview before the selection board. Results will be displayed on the website, and selected candidates must join immediately after receiving the offer of appointment.
