Age Limits: Super Specialists must not exceed 69 years as on the date of interview. Senior Residents must not exceed 45 years as on the date of interview, with relaxation for SC, ST, and OBC as per rules.
Application Fee: Rs. 250/- for General, EWS, and OBC candidates through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Employees State Insurance Fund - Account No 1 payable at Kollam. SC/ST, PWD, and female applicants are exempted from the application fee.

- Original and one set of Xerox copies of all original documents (MBBS/BDS Degree certificate, MCI/Dental Council Registration Certificate, Matriculation certificate for date of birth, PG Degree/Diploma certificate, experience certificate, caste certificate, non-creamy layer certificate for OBC, PWD certificate, LPC/No Due Certificate from previous employer if applicable).
- Two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application).
What Happens on the Day
Candidates must report for registration between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM at the Medical Superintendent's Room, ESIC Model and Superspeciality Hospital, Asramam, Kollam. The selection will be based on qualification, experience, and interview conducted at the hospital.
