- Registration: Valid registration with Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) or MCI

- MBBS Degree & Mark sheets
- MMC/MCI Registration Certificate
- Caste Certificate & Validity (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (for OBC)
- Experience certificates (if any)
- 2 Passport size photographs
- Aadhaar Card & PAN Card
- No candidate will be allowed after 10:00 AM
